Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Customers must notify us on the same day of delivery and provide photos/videos as proof.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.

  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Customized or stitched garments.

    • Products purchased during clearance sales.

    • Items returned after the specified return window.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

    • Approved refunds will be initiated within 2-3 working days to the original payment method.

  4. Return Shipping

    • In case of wrong/damaged products delivered, we will bear the return shipping charges.

Cancellations

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
